getting started

Welcome, sweet friend, you will start here! After you have signed the contract and paid the retainer, you will start the onboarding process.  You’ll fill out the onboarding questionnaire and send me all the details you have so far about your wedding. Then, we’ll take a break until it’s time for our services to begin.

milestone check ins

You can expect to hear from me at 12 months, 8, months, 6 months and 4 months to discuss the next milestone in your wedding planning process. In addition, I will send over different check-points in your planning. This way we can keep you up to date in between our planning meetings.

12 week takeover

The wedding day is almost here - and that means it’s time for me to jump in and help! Expect to hear from me at the 12 week mark as I prepare for my takeover. I will check in with you 12 weeks before your wedding and send over details to get us started.

intake call

It’s time for us to kickoff wedding management! Our kickoff call will help us prepare your final to-do list and wedding day timeline. I’ll send you a link to schedule this call around the 8-10 week mark. During the call, we take an inventory of everything you’ve planned so far, and help guide you on making final decisions.

FINAL Planning and Details

The final planning, logistics, and details phase includes all the bits and pieces that help your wedding come together. I will help you make decisions about everything from day of logistics to wedding day paper. In these final 6 weeks leading up to your wedding, our focus will be on the big and small decisions that need to be made. I'll help you finalize everything from your guest list and rehearsal organization right down to your seating chart and final prep.

wedding week

The final 10 days before your wedding is what I like to call the wedding week–and it’s when we’ll have our final meeting and game day walk-through. I will be busy finalizing your vendors, preparing your timeline, and helping you rehearse. We will also have our recap call the few days before your wedding!

Your wedding day has come and gone–and I am here to help close the loop. After you return from your honeymoon, you can expect to hear from me. I want to hear all your amazing stories.

planning consultations

Once onboarded, we will determine a planning consultation schedule where we will meet up for 2 in-depth planning meetings. We will dive into each step of your planning process and assign due dates for different tasks. We will walk though your DREAM LIST and determine what can included. These meetings are about 2-3 hours and can be used however you need them to be.

Wedding Invitations

About 5 months before your wedding, we will schedule a design consultation for you to select your wedding invitations. You will have the option to select from 9-12 different design options and we will dive deep into your wedding invitation wording.

What services are included in your wedding coordination packages?

Services vary by package but may include timeline & decor list creation, vendor coordination, rehearsal attendance, and on-site management during the wedding day. I have 3 packages with different price points to help with your specific needs and budget.

Do you offer partial planning services?

What happens if there's an emergency on our wedding day?


As your wedding coordinator, I’m all about planning ahead. During our pre-wedding call, I’ll ask a series of “what if” questions to prepare for any scenario. From backup plans for unexpected weather to handling last-minute hiccups, I’ll have a clear strategy in place. My goal is to handle any situation seamlessly, so you can stay focused on celebrating your day without a worry.

What happens if you have an emergency and can’t coordinate my wedding?

While emergencies are rare, I always have a backup plan. If something prevents me from coordinating your wedding, I’ll ensure a trusted backup coordinator steps in to seamlessly handle your day. If the situation arises with ample time before your wedding, you’ll receive a full refund, including your retainer, and I’ll help connect you with another experienced coordinator. Your day will always remain a top priority.

Do you offer day of signage and paper goods?

Absolutely! I offer a wide range of options, including seating charts, ceremony programs, place cards, welcome signs, and so much more. Be sure to check out my full checklist to make sure no detail is overlooked!
