Our Signature Approach
The sole purpose of this consultation is to get your wheels turning as we begin shaping your dream wedding invitation suite. We’ll explore paper options, printing styles, and design elements while discussing your wedding aesthetic, likes, and dislikes. Don’t worry about making big decisions yet—I’ll guide you every step of the way and keep the process stress-free from the start.
After our consultation, I’ll create a custom design board that offers a fun, visual peek into your wedding aesthetic. This board serves as my inspiration and guide for designing your suite. Along with the design board, you’ll receive a proposal featuring three pricing tiers tailored to the options we discussed, making it easy to choose what fits your vision and budget.
I’ll provide digital samples of your invitation, featuring two design options with fonts, wording, and elements tailored to your theme and aesthetic. From there, you can mix, match, or refine until it feels just right. If nothing speaks to you, we start fresh—because it’s important to me that you absolutely love your invitations. Once we’ve finalized a direction, we’ll move into proofing and perfecting every detail.
Once your proofs are approved, we move to printing and production. I’ll handle every detail, from assembling your suite to addressing the envelopes and adding postage. With everything ready to go, all you’ll need to do is send them off and let the excitement build!
Investing in your wedding invitations is about more than paper—it’s about creating a lasting impression. On average, my couples spend $1,800–$2,500 for a custom-designed suite that perfectly reflects their story and style. Each suite includes a digitally printed 5-piece set, guest addressing, postage, white-glove assembly, and thoughtful extras like a keepsake suite and sample kit. From start to finish, every detail is designed to be as meaningful and unique as your celebration.
Custom suites start at $1500
Let's Do This
Rule of thumb for ordering Invitations. Take your intended invited count, divide in half and add 25. So if you are thinking of inviting 300 people: 300/2=150+25=175 - Total invitation order is 175. This will give you enough left over in-case after your responses come back and you need to send additional invites out.
Once approved, production and delivery typically take 3–6 weeks. The approval process is entirely up to you—I'll work with you until you're absolutely in love with your invitations! To ensure everything is ready on time, I recommend starting the design process about 5 months before your wedding.
All custom invitation packages include a sample kit, fully customed 5-piece invitation suite, guest addressing, assembly and postage. Additional embellishments, print methods and mailing can be added on for an additional cost.
Invitations should go out 10 to 12 weeks before the wedding—that gives guests plenty of time to clear their schedules and make travel arrangements if they don't live in town. If it's a destination wedding, give guests more time and send them out five-six months ahead of time. Most couples also send out save-the-date cards. They go out at six to nine months. Special Tip: make sure to put your rsvp date 2-4 weeks BEFORE your venue needs your final count.
While I don’t provide physical samples of your actual invitation, you will receive a detailed digital mock-up of your entire suite, complete with postage and embellishments. Before we begin designing, you’ll also receive a sample kit so you can explore and feel the different options for paper, print methods, and color swatches—ensuring every detail is just right.
Absolutely! I offer a wide range of options, including seating charts, ceremony programs, place cards, welcome signs, and so much more. Be sure to check out my full checklist to make sure no detail is overlooked!

Inquire
about your date
Don’t wait to inquire! I accept only three weddings per month at the $1,500 minimum investment. Once those spots are filled, the minimum increases to $2,500, and I limit availability to just two weddings per month. This ensures I can dedicate the time, care, and attention each couple deserves for their wedding stationery.
