Merchants Hall
Merchants Hall in Charleston, South Carolina, provided the perfect setting for a stunning styled shoot featuring two distinct wedding themes. The first theme, minimal and neutral, was an absolute favorite. For this design, I crafted a three-piece suite with a monogram crest and fully deckled edges for a timeless, romantic feel. The neutral floral envelope liner added a touch of understated elegance, while the terracotta, blush, and gold color palette was woven throughout the envelopes and a custom wax seal, creating a soft yet striking aesthetic.
The second theme embraced a classic and dark ambiance, with décor centered on black and white, accented by rich dark green. For this design, I selected a suite from my semi-custom collection, blending modern and bold elements. The invitation featured striking black script on bright white smooth stock, paired with dark green envelopes, a vellum bellyband, and a green floral wax seal. The details card stood out as a sleek black card with white ink printing, bringing a dramatic, contemporary edge. Ready to see more? My favorite detail from the minimal and neutral suite is the fully deckled edge, which adds an understated elegance to the design. For the classic and modern suite, I love the bold green wax seal paired with the striking black details card featuring white ink printing—it's the perfect balance of sophistication and drama.
